Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. bourbon

  • 1 tsp. simple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp. honey

  • 3-6 dashes bitters

Directions

  • add ingredients to shaker and stir until dissolved

  • add ice and stir

  • pour over large cocktail cube into old fashioned glass

  • squeeze in a small amount of orange

  • rim glass with orange peel and garnish
