Long Island Ice Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. vodka

  • 1/2 oz. gin

  • 1/2 oz. tequila blanco

  • 1/2 oz. unaged white rum

  • 1/2 oz. orange liqueur

  • 3/4 oz. lemon juice

  • 2 oz. sweet & sour OR 1 oz. lemon juice & 1 oz. simple syrup

  • 1/2 - 3/4 oz. coca cola

Directions

  • add all ingredients except coke over ice in highball glass

  • stir ingredients

  • float coke to fill glass

  • optionally garnish with lemon twist
